I’m Enda Larkin, Founder of Leadership Matters. Thanks for stopping by.
Over the past three decades, I’ve been fortunate to work across diverse industries and countries as an entrepreneur, manager, leadership coach, and trainer. Leadership Matters is the result of my lifelong passion to help leaders at all levels unlock their potential and achieve extraordinary results.
Before starting Leadership Matters, I founded Dobiquity, an innovative online platform that empowers SMEs worldwide to drive continuous improvement. Prior to that, I owned HTC Consulting, where I partnered with organisations to elevate business excellence, leadership development, and customer experience.
My career began in the hotel industry, where I held senior management roles in Ireland, the UK, and the US.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering impactful leadership training programs for clients across sectors like hospitality, tourism, finance, education, and aviation. I’ve also written six management books, including Ready to Lead?, The Essential Manager, and The Impostor Leaders. (see below)
